Event Information
National Night Out (NNO), a unique crime / drug prevention event sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch, is scheduled for the first Tuesday every August. Last year, we held one big event that all communities attended at Cedar Fork Community Center. Residents enjoyed free hot dogs, popcorn, and drinks prepared by your local firemen.

| Neighborhoods throughout Morrisville are invited to join with thousands of communities nationwide on Tuesday, August 04, 2009 to participate in the 26th Annual 'National Night Out'. 
'National Night Out' is designed to:
- Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness
- Generate support and participation in crime efforts
- Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police community relations
- Send the message that your neighborhood is a safe place to live
'National Night Out' is a great opportunity for citizens, law enforcement and other public safety officials to join forces. Events are planned to promote crime prevention and drug prevention awareness and to strengthen the police - community partnership. We encourage neighborhoods to come together and send the message that we are all working together to prevent crime and keep our neighborhoods safe. We are currently planning our 2009 event.
